East Hills is a neighborhood that is just like it sounds, with hilly topography nestled in the eastern-most part of the city.
The neighborhood is stabilized by a one-stop shopping district, where you can find hardware, clothing, food, flowers and medical service - all only a few minutes away from residential areas in all directions.
Housing stock is primarily rental, but opportunities exist for new development. Strong community groups offer mentoring for the many children of families that call the East Hills home.
Schools
Families in East Hills enjoy a variety of educational options.
