Lincoln-Lemington-Belmar is an east end neighborhood along the Allegheny River, bordered by Homewood, Larimer, Highland Park, and the suburb of Penn Hills.
It is one of Pittsburgh’s steepest neighborhoods, and boasts views of Downtown, even though it is 8 miles away.
